Critical: Professionalism, QualityBe cautious as a new client getting scheduled with Stephanie. She does not listen and will make decisions for you without asking first. I went in on 12/12/20 to get all my hair bleached from natural brown to blonde. She gave me streaks, and when I asked why she did that, she said “You would hate how it looked”. As a person providing a service, if you feel that someone is making a bad decision, then you should present your opinions and let them choose what they want, don’t make that call for them. Also, she didn’t properly hit all the strands with dye resulting with me having leopard-like spots in places. I called after my appt and requested either a refund or someone else at the salon fix my hair for free or heavily discounted. Neither of these were accepted and she continued to argue with me and never apologized. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.Be cautious as a new client getting scheduled with Stephanie. I went tot the salon yesterday for a hair cut, it was my first time visiting and decided on going there because of the positive reviews. I gave the lady who cut my hair a picture of what I was looking for, which was basically a long bob, what I ended up with was about 3 inches shorter then expected. I could have been ok with the length if there was some style to this cut, but instead it looks just like and 8 year old girls hair cut very blunt cut and square. I wish I could give this experience less then a 1.

I absolutely enjoy going here for my haircuts. With my work schedule I don’t get off at the same time every day so I can’t setup an appointment. I’ve been 5 times now and have gotten my haircut each time I walked in with only once I waited 10 minutes. I have also had 5 different Ladies cut my hair and each time it was done just the way I wanted it. Each Lady has been sweet, talkative, polite and very professional even though I’m a walk-in lol. Oh yeah… and the price is just as good as anywhere else. It’s the only place I will go in Rincon for my haircuts. Thank you Ladies you’re the best.

I tried to call several times over the last few months to get an appointment with the stylist I usually work with and have worked with for a while and couldn’t get anyone to answer or call back with an appointment time. I tried one last time and got booked under Stephanie. I got there and had to wait which is no big deal. She kind of threw the color and highlights in and set me in a chair with no heat on my hair like normal. About 45 mins later, she came back and put me under the heat for about 10 mins and washed my hair. No toner was put in like usual, just washed and taken to the chair. I asked her to trim my hair. She didn’t even have my part even when she trimmed my hair. At this point, it was 8pm and I’d been there 2 hours and wanted to just get home as I’d not been home from work yet. I was horrified when I saw my hair after I finished drying it at home. I messaged the salon through Facebook right before 9pm on 3/16. It has been read and looked at. It is now almost 6pm in 3/17 and I have not received any kind of response. So here I am with a horrible hair dye job, dye on my face and forehead still that Stephanie didn’t get off, and no response from the Salon. $100 wasted! Thanks!

I went to the salon yesterday and I showed the lady who did my hair a picture of what I wanted, which was a spiral perm. She seemed very rushed and did not take her time doing my hair. It turned out NOTHING how I wanted it to. I would NOT recommend this place.
