I had a horrific hair cut and color!! I was mortified and literally in shock!!! The supposed stylist. Colored my hair, then didn’t put a towel around my neck with the Cape to rinse my hair. I got soaking wet!!! It was cold outside too. I only needed a trim. This girl says my hair was breaking off. I guess she truly didn’t know what she was/ is doing. My hair was down to my bum. Very long and it is finally to the middle of my back. I cried for days and I had to pay someone else to fix it. I was never going to let Candy touch my hair again!! It took me twenty years to grow my hair like that. Funny thing is there was hardly any hair on the floor. Where did it go?? I’m still grieving the loss of my hair.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis is the worst experience I have ever had in getting my hair done for more than 20 years!!! I contacted Salon Republic and requested they connect me with a stylist that is great with color when I moved to the area. They referred me to Parisa Kermani. I went for root color (brown) and deep conditioning treatment, which would easy and full proof. However, SHE DAMAGED MY HAIR and burned my scalp! My roots are at least two shades lighter than my hair color and she burned off my hair and reduced the overall thickness by at least 1/3. My hair is permanently damaged by her. I am horrified and extremely disappointed in her and Salon Republic. I have been trying to contact them for over a month to make a resolution, to no avail. I would never ever go to this salon and deeply regret ever allowing them to touch my hair. I’ve been Badri Kamari’s client for about a year now. I initially came to her for “home” color correction. She color corrected my hair perfectly! She also has given me great highlights, cuts, and style. I have Medium course hair, very thick, wavy/frizzy, and long hair. Her hair cutting technique smooths out my hair incredibly! I’ve been to the Best high-end hairdressers spending $200-$500 each time. Badri is the Best hairdresser in San Diego!! Thank you Badri for making me look and feel beautiful!!

Amanda (#39) is the best. I have been growing my color out and got tired of looking at brown, grey, dark brown so called her to start coloring my hair again. An absolute dream! It’s such a cool, clean, trendy salon to get lost inside. I go here to get my hair done by Jessica (aka Jestylz aka the ultimate hair goddess – she transformed my dandruff and chlorine filled hair from swimming for YEARS into my dreamy locks that turn heads and give me so many compliments every day), but I’ve already started getting my nails done here by Zoe (aka PureNailZ aka the best nail salon ever – she’s beauty and she’s grace, she is THE nail salon ace: she made me feel so beautiful and special despite having hands and nails affected by tireless nights as an engineer) and I have been debating receiving other services here, such as lashes. The salon is wonderful and everyone in it is so friendly. It’s such a cool concept with lots to do and see. I highly recommend you check it out (validated parking too! But I believe it’s only the first 2 hours). You will not be disappointed, ESPECIALLY if you visit the two geniuses mentioned above.
