Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalismi just went here this week (hence the snow in my hair) and i have to tell you this is the happiest ive been with my hair for the better half of a decade. im not super picky but NO ONE has been able to keep my hair dark brunette with subtle highlights (she did balayage) without going overboard and/or making my hair brassy or unnatural. what i liked the most is that mia (the owner) explained every. single. step. to me and was honestly so patient. also, ive never been in a salon where i could RELAX. every salon ive gone to always has such chaotic energy. she has a policy where you can make a note when booking your appointment that you dont feel like talking. that may not sound like a big deal but its the first time i could just zone out in weeks. i never leave reviews as you can see but its four days later, im still super happy in my demeanor and with my hair. if youre reading this mia thank you so so so much. ill see you in two months!
