I called the salon and asked specifically if the used Framesi hair color. The reception said YES. we then had a conversation how I have been in search of a salon that uses Framesi. I asked about their price structure and then asked when an appointment would bw available. To my surprise the next day. Its a 30 min drive for me so I set out a bit early. I arrive 7 min prior to my appointment with Donna. She was finishing up a client and I sat waiting. My turn…discussed the color I wanted showed her photo didn’t feel like we were on the same page so I asked ” do you have the FRAMESI color swatches”? She said yes left and returned with 3 swatch pages. I’m looking at the colors and something was just not right. I’ve been using Framesi color for 30+ years then I look at the bottom and it says “so color” a matrix brand. I looked at Donna and asked you don’t have framesi swatches? Her reply No we use Matrix color. She then said ” Good thing you looked you would never have known it was matrix color.
