Today was my first visit to Karizma Salon & Spa in Mankato. The salon owner, Nicole, was super friendly and you can tell cares a great deal about her business! The salon is very beautiful and has a lot to offer besides awesome salon services, you can also purchase make-up, hair and skin care products, jewelry and cool signs. I got a got a cut, color and bang trim today from Sam. I love my color, covered the gray, and is shiny and dimensional, the perfect shade of blonde and light caramel. I loved the cut, the texture is great and my bangs are perfect, just like I like them, just a smidge above my brows. I highly recommend Karizma Salon & Spa in Mankato! Thank you Karizma team!

I went to Karizma back in May to get my makeup done for my 21st birthday. Nicole, the owner, did a fantastic job! I don’t have much makeup experience, but I do know Nicole had flawless techniques. She also explained what she was doing so I could learn as well. Also, I also got eyelash extensions for the first time, and they worked great. Nicole did an amazing job of making my 21st a great one!

There is nothing better than finding a good stylist. You can just show up for your reoccurring appointment and Nicole knows what to do. The best part is that you can trust that you will leave satisfied with your cut 100% of the time! I highly recommend getting on her calendar if she’s available.

It is really nerve-wracking moving from another state and locating a stylist who is genuine, kind, and talented. I recommend Karizma Salon & Spa because the owner/stylist has all three of those qualities. She cuts, styles, and colors my hair expertly every time. I also appreciate how she follows COVID-19 guidelines because I have family members who could get very sick if they were to contract that nasty virus.

I went in last week for eyelash extensions. I should have been on alert by the dingy, faded, dirty table I was told to lay on. Otherwise the place looked clean though so I went ahead. I needed a 4 week fill. I’ve had extensions placed by someone else for 5 months and never had a problem. Well, they looked GORGEOUS when she was done. Great right? Price was reasonable too. Well.. within a few hours my eyes were very irritated. Several spots I had to gently detach lashes that were glued to my skin. Over the past week.. so many have fallen out it looks like it’s been 6 weeks since my last fill instead of 1! Of the ones that have fallen out I can see that many have 2-3 lashes glued to one natural lash. Some have one lash glued to 2-3 natural lashes. And some have long extensions glued to very short new growth that could never support the weight. I will not be returning, at this point I’m just hoping they fell off before doing permanent damage!

Nicole is an artist! I have trust issues, and i trust her with my hair. She does a fantastic job with wedding styling and makeup too. And she goes the extra mile when she really doesn’t have to. I’m always coming back!
