I got a simple shampoo, cut, and style. However my experience was anything but basic. First, I was greeted by friendly staff when I walked into this very tidy salon, my stylist, Cyndi was so friendly and offered to take me next door for a healthy coffee before we got started. The whole time we chatted and she made me feel so comfortable. She clarified how I wanted my cut and suggested things as well but was never pushy. I plan to go back for my color soon since the prices are so reasonable and the customer service is great! Ask for Cyndi! She’ll take great care of your hair needs!!

My experience was great up until the toning portion of my visit. The person doing my hair was very friendly and professional however my end result was nothing near what i wanted. I asked for an ashy grey/ platinum grey and recieved brown hair with a purple tint. Definitely very disappointed and $150 broker Hair coloring

Jordan rocks!! My mother needed her perm touched up. We had the great fortune of getting an appointment with Jordan. The receptionist knew we needed extra time, and Jordan followed through. Jordan was very patient, kind, funny, and thoughtful. She took her time, never once rushing my mother. Oh, and the perm and cut turned out BEAUTIFUL! From ease of making the appointment, to the end result, my mother, and I, were both thrilled with the experience. We highly recommend Jordan and Salon Rana.

Critical: QualityI came in with a picture, just as another person that left a review did with the same stylist, and did not receive what I asked for. We talked about it, but before she went to get color, I pulled the photo out once again and asked will it look like this. She said yes. It looks nothing like that. The darker color put on my hair was only a glaze and not even permanent! I complained and was told the picture had a filter. I complained to management, and the resolution was for me to come in and have it fixed. The problem is I would need to pay another $100, because the stylist “stood by” her word that I was given what I asked for. I am not even going back. I will find a new salon. I have been coming here since Salon Rana opened. I have curly hair and it was hard to find a place that could put galaxy colors that stayed noticeable for 5-6 weeks and without bleaching/stripping my hair straight.
