Unfortunately, my cut and color are a disaster! It is streaky, brassy, and super fake-looking. A few days later, I called and asked for a refund. The owner was super defensive but offered me a do-over. I said no thanks- if they thought THIS looked great, I certainly don’t want them messing with my hair again! I got a half refund but that’s not enough to do it over somewhere else; I’m still out a lot of money. It was not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.
