I got a Groupon for this salon. They had such a great deal an I was very excited to book an appointment with them. I contacted the salon by phone an left a message on the voicemail with all my info an contact info. After waiting 24hrs I found them on facebook an sent them a message they saw it but never responded.. So after waiting 6hrs later I replied again saying nicely Could someone please get in touch with me so I can make an appointment. I did a voicemail yesterday an then today I face book message them an they ignore it. Then They reply immediately with we cant make you an appointment through Facebook messenger you have to call our business.. So then I call it.. its 6pm their website saids closes at 8pm the guy tells me on the phone we close early on Thursdays so text the salon number an Ill make you an appointment. So now this is my 4th time reaching out.. only to recieve a message saying Were booked for weeks right now an I can call you when I can make you an appointment.. Ive been given the run around an Im very disappointed in the customer service I’ve been given. Im sure they do beautiful work but if you get a groupon good luck getting someone to make you an appointment or even reply right away.
