Madison did my hair and it is awful. The entire time she barely said 3 sentences to me. She started by brushing my curly hair DRY. I had a previous highlight and just wanted it cooler and more platinum. It took her forever to do because she kept leaving to go to the back talking to the other hairstylist and clients. when it was finally time to wash my hair, another stylist had to wash because she already had another client. That she was braiding their hair. She shouldn’t book people when she knows she is already doing someone’s hair. The woman washing my hair was rough and not gentle. She also didn’t rinse all of it off my ears because when I went home my ear was red inflamed and itchy. When Madison was finally done with the other persons hair she started drying mine. She didn’t ask me how I wanted it styled or anything she just started to give me a blow out which is damaging to naturally curly hair. Not only did she do that then she curled my already curly hair adding more damage. When she was finished she took pictures of my hair not asking me if I wanted them taken or if I wanted them posted on their Instagram. I am a minor. So I paid $180 dollars for uneven blotchy damaged hair. They also had blow dryers on the floor. Their brushes were dirty and full of hair. They would drop combs and clips on the floor and keep using them without cleaning or getting different ones. All I can hope is they give me a refund.

Fay is incredible at what she does. I started going to her for my wedding updo in 07’. She’s super sweet and personable – her blow outs are incredible- color is always exactly what I want – and her cuts are always perfect to either what I ask for or even if I tell her do what you want. She never lets you leave without looking picture perfect.

I would avoid this place at all cost. I took my daughter for a hair cut. Bangs came out horribly and the ends are not even at all. I could have done better doing it myself ar home. Additionally!!!! The website says 25+ for kids hair cut I ended up paying over 45. Ridiculous. Haircut
