Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had the best experience with my haircut done by Liz, the owner. I have thick hair and loose waves; it looks like beach waves if I put product in it. But when it’s wet, all the waves are gone and it looks straight. So, in the past, I’ve had terrible haircuts because they treat it like straight hair. All my layers get messed up.Today, I went to Liz for the first time and was so excited with my haircut! Liz listened so well as I described my hair texture, how I like to wear it, and low maintenance. She cut my hair dry to get the layers correctly in line with the wave pattern. I was cutting about 3.5 inches off in length, so she washed it. With it wet, she was able to cut the length evenly. I went to the jaw line, classic bob style. Then, she styled it to embrace my natural hair texture. I WAS THRILLED!!!I absolutely love my new look! I didn’t have strange flipping layers like I’ve had in the past with bad cuts. Her years of experience shows, and I appreciated how well she listened to me. I had the best experience with my haircut done by Liz, the owner. I have thick hair and loose waves; it looks like beach waves if I put product in it. But when it’s wet, all the waves are gone and it looks straight. So, in the past, I’ve had terrible haircuts because they treat it like straight hair. All my layers get messed up.
