She was super friendly & very helpful. I brought my 6 year old daughter with me & she was super interactive with her as well. Made us feel very comfortable and because of the experience I had with her, I will definitely make another appointment with her and this salon to get her to do my hair again. Unbeknownst to Kendall as a first time guest, I am also a licensed Cosmetologist that no longer works in the salon setting who decided to treat myself to letting someone else do all of my hair services this time. As I observed how she handled our consultation, my color process, her shampoo & toner technique, and finally my haircut with style…. I was VERY impressed with the quality of service and professionalism I received. I couldn’t believe the amount of time that she has been in the industry because of how advanced and confident she was with her work.

My daughter Hanna is a regular customer here; she has highlights, colors her hair, and gets it cut frequently. Though it’s quite a drive from our home near LSU, it’s well worth it. The staff is infallibly friendly and professional, and my daughter is thrilled with how her hair is styled. We are particularly happy with how professional and kind the staff are, because our daughter is very shy, but has very definitive preferences about her hair,. Moreover, her hair can also be difficult to style or color–it’s very straight, very long, and close to black in color. Nonetheless, the Salon Prism staff somehow always provide exactly what she wants, and it looks great. I really enjoyed my salon experience with Kendall today! I was able to book an appointment online for same day and was greeted at the door with smiles. I explained to Kendall that I was a little nervous about having a new hairstyle because it had been several years since I had a new hair cut and style. I showed her what style I wanted and she immediately got to work! I also asked her to explain to me what products she used and how she would style my hair so I would know how to do it myself at home! She explained everything to me and showed me the products she used as well as told me when she would use them and what purpose they served. She also gave great tips for what I could do to get used to my new desired style. I really appreciated her extra care and professionalism!

Kynzi was amazing! Salons have always made me nervous. We moved from the only stylist I’ve ever been comfortable with, so I was dreading finding a new one. I came in with hair down to my bottom asking to cut a large chunk off, and was nervous about the change. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure she understood exactly what I was hoping to have done. She nailed it! She also took the time to show me a particular way of styling to get the look I wanted so I could do it myself between visits, which no stylist has ever done for me before. Highly recommend her, and I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

The Salon is beautiful. Everyone was very welcoming and polite. My daughter loved her stylist and her hair. First time we’ve left a salon without her crying. Until we got into the parking lot…She started crying and hugged me and said they were happy tears bc it’s the first time she got the cut she asked for. We made an appointment for her next cut, which is will be the first time she will return to a salon.

Kendall did a wonderful job and was very kind, listened to everything I wanted and took her time to get it right. She was worried about my color and even took the time to re-tone a couple pieces due to my post-partum hair not lifting like it normally would and even offered to fix it if I ended up not liking the color once I got home.
