I have been going to Rae, the owner, for almost a year now. The salon is an amazing atmosphere, all the stylists make you feel like you’re home away from home. Rae does such an amazing job, makes sure you leave happy, provides advice to care for your hair, and is always there for any questions.

I found her on Instagram and found sample photos of hers and they were all amazing. I showed her two that were pretty different and she was able to really take the best parts of both and give me something that was realistic for my lifestyle (she seamlessly blended my roots into the color for a low maintenance look that doesn’t look grown out 3 months later. I’ve been back for a toner and it freshened up the look without breaking the bank. Carly did such an amazing job with my color and cut. I walked in really torn and not sure what I would like. I found her on Instagram and found sample photos of hers and they were all amazing. I showed her two that were pretty different and she was able to really take the best parts of both and give me something that was realistic for my lifestyle (she seamlessly blended my roots into the color for a low maintenance look that doesn’t look grown out 3 months later. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt truly is a shame that i have to be writing this review right now. As much as i would have loved to use her services, safe to say i will no longer be doing so after the way i saw her treat a NEW client.Taking advantage of a young adult, claiming harassment on a customer who was not satisfied with her hair only TWO days after it was dyed. All of the toner, and dye had washed out after only ONE wash. Basically told her there is nothing she can do because this client “isn’t taking care of her hair”, even though this client is using almost every product the stylist recommended.Rather than trying to fix this issue, she tried to charge this girl a cancelation fee AND gas money, despite the fact the reason she couldn’t make it to her pity ” re-tone” due to the weather conditions, I.E ice on the road way. I feel as though it is HER job to make sure her client is happy and satisfied, instead of doing that she pushed a customer away and refused to even TRY to fix her hair.UPDATE:As a response to the owner. The hair has not been re dyed and appointment was canceled due to current weather conditions ie roads iced over. And the partial refund given wasn’t even HALF the cost of the service alone, you stated this was because she “needed to pay for your gas”, taking advantage of someone who is younger and doesn’t know any better. I hope people take this into consideration before choosing your services.It truly is a shame that i have to be writing this review right now.
