Everyone at this salon was pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review because my hair did not turn out well. I have been a platinum blonde for seven years and went for a root touch up. I had several inches of growth and was surprised that what would normally be a 4-5 hour job took only 2 hours. But my hair looked fine when I left the salon so I didn’t think much of it. When I washed my hair a week later, all of the glaze came off. My roots were now yellow-orange in front and bright orange in the back. I looked ridiculous. Further my scalp was oozing and peeling far beyond the normal dry, peely scalp from a bleach job. I’m sure this is a fine salon for simpler jobs but for complex jobs like platinum blonde, I recommend that you go somewhere else.

I used the Salon Posh team for my wedding day and they are AMAZING. Gina made my hair look exactly how I wanted it to for my special day, and I received so many compliments! My entire wedding party was extremely happy with how their hair turned out. We went to the salon on the morning of my wedding and all the girls were wearing shirts that said “we have a bride.” It was a fun way to start my wedding day and everyone was so helpful, kind, and professional. I worked with Diane (the owner) to book everything, and she could not have been more helpful! If you are looking for a professional salon with great customer service, head to Salon Posh!

I used Samantha from Salon Posh for my wedding this June and she was absolutely fantastic! Our hair lasted all day and night with no touch ups required. We all asked for different hair styles with extensions and she was able to make my mother, maid of honor and myself incredibly happy. Samantha is also so nice and a great energy to have while you are getting ready I highly recommend her. Certainly contact Salon Posh for weddings and any other occasions!

What a great 1st time experience I had at Salon Posh! They were able to squeeze me in on the Snow day this past Thursday and from the moment I walked in the day before to make an appointment Ashely greeted me & took the time to sit & talk with me regarding my hair- I immediately felt comfortable. The next day I went in and I must say the entire staff is extremely pleasant, professional, welcoming, and super attentive. Ashley & Joanna were amazing & made the experience well worth the trip on the snow. I love my hair, Ashely did an amazing job considering how thick /curly my hair is. Pleasantly pleased /surprised with my local neighborhood salon- will def be returning! Also i must add that the salon is extremely reasonable with regards to pricing for the area – as I’ve been to salons in both the City & White Plains but this salon definitely goes above and beyond with making you feel comfortable and welcomed. I knew the look I wanted and Diane helped create it with the perfect color, hair extensions, hair piece and creativity. Diane and Kelly Marie came to my home the morning of our wedding to style everyone’s hair for the day of! I have been going to Salon POSH for well over two years ! Every time I walk out I feel great ! From the very first time that Diane took me from a very very bleached white hair to a more natural streaked look eventually to where I am now ,my natural dark brown with subtle face framing highlights , it was done perfectly!
