I absolutely loved my experience at Salon Pop!! I was blonde and wanted to go darker and Lucy nailed my color it was exactly what I wanted!! She also really seemed to care how it turned out which I really appreciated I felt so comfortable and taken care of here even though I was nervous to dye my hair brown. I have long hair and a side part and wanted to keep both and she was obnoxious the entire time. I grit my teeth through the whole experience. I had my first appointment at Salon Pop a little over two years ago. I was apprehensive, as the first time getting my hair colored elsewhere had resulted in a lot of tears and disappointment. I was referred to Simone and there are literally no words to describe how grateful I am that I made an appointment with her. I’m a natural redhead and it’s hard to keep that color looking natural but she does it with ease. I am CONSTANTLY getting compliments on my hair color. I am getting married in a few months and when asked what I plan to do with my color for the wedding, I usually just say, “I don’t know, whatever Simone wants to do.” I trust her implicitly. Salon Pop itself is incredible as it has always been a welcoming, cheerful environment. All of the staff has been kind, making an appointment is a breeze, and being offered coffee, tea, and biscotti is an extra treat. They also encourage education which is something that I’ve rarely seen in salons over the years but is a vital part of why their team is so incredible. That being said, go to Salon Pop. Go hang out with Simone. You won’t regret it.

Alexa gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! My hair tends to be on the frizzy-wavy side. I didnt love wearing it down prior to this haircut because its hard to manage and tends to feel heavy especially when it’s longer in length… I wanted long layers and asked her to cut it so that I would be able to manage it myself. She gave me exactly what I asked for and understood my hair type. She cut it for me in September and 3 months later its still a great haircut. So talented and so sweet too!!
