Absolutely horrible. I had two separate appointments with two different stylists and I ended up retaining neither. The first told me to come in at noon and when I walked in, she had four other women there in the middle of their hair. After waiting over a hour and a half and realizing she hadn’t gotten to me at all, I stood up and left. Then I had a second appointment that I booked through style seat which was canceled the day of. I’ve come to the conclusion that many of the stylists who rent here are either unprofessional or not worth the headache.

Rodas at this Salon Plaza is awful!! She charges you twice from other places and then her work is not even professional level. At least if you’re going to be extremely pricey do the work!! That’s my 2 cents and I will never step here again b/c of that. I was actually looking for a hair stylist I can go to every 2 or 3 weeks but not her definitely. Her greed for money turned me away.

I went to go get a ombré but the lady looked at the picture for a sec and she gave me highlights instead… smfh. And she burned my hair w/ bleach she left it on for 45 mins. And cut it mad short. She even did a horrible job on the highlights as well. My hair looks horrible I left the salon crying. I don’t trust this salon. Never going again.

Worst place ever. Do not make an appointment because chances are they will cancel on you like they did to me. Got a call last minute that the lady cancelled then blamed be for not picking up their call while driving 30 minutes out to their location. When I got there no one wanted to see me and started talking under their breath. They are classless people please do not come here.
