Critical: QualityI booked this appointment with Mayvenn hair company. For one the quality of the hair is HORRIBLE. I previously ordered straight bundles, and I loved it. This time I got loose wave and the quality is not the same at all. Unsure if I got the “bad bundles” due to the deal Mayvenn was offering?? Unacceptable.Initially the look of my sew in was nice…which is why I tipped an additional $20 although it was a “free service” through Mayvenn. I have long peices of thread throughtout my hair, the tracks at the top where my leave out is, is coming loose. The hair was tangled up in the thread (she obviously was not brushing the hair out while sewing it in), and I have hair out in the back that I did not ask for. Its enough for 2 cornrows!! The hair in the back is shorter than the rest of my hair, as I had a undercut. That was months ago and the hair has grown back….I am not a hair stylist and I can grip it and cornrow it…so I know the stylist was able to. I have natural hair, so it just looks like a bush (unacceptable). Also, the stylist DID NOT braid tight….it is loose as if I had the install for over 2 weeks. & my 22inches were placed in the front, and the 18 inches were placed in the back…not by request. Thats backwards right?Please do better and I hope this service is not due to the fact that it was free to me since I booked through Mayvenn. All customers should get the same quality of care.
