I started looking for a new hairstylist a little over a year and a half again. I started going to Sam not quite a year ago and i will be honest I was never 100% happy, but i wasnt unhappy either…i also, hate finding new hairstylist. I went on Friday to have my hair foiled to white blonde. I have been having this done most of my adult life and Sam turned it puple. Her response to it when I asked her about it was “well that’s what I do with my hair and I turn it way more purple than this and then when it washes out it turns the correct color”. In all the years that I have had my hair done I have never had it turned purple! If she knew that’s what it was going to do she should have asked me beforehand because I would have told her “no, because it is a holiday weekend and I really don’t want my hair purple!” So I paid professional prices to have my hair turned purple.. I could have done that at home myself! Unfortunately, my general consensus of Sam is if you know her she does a great job on your hair, but if you do not know her she wants to do the quickest thing possible and get you out of there. If you were to see my hair you would think that she doesn’t really take pride in her job. Must say I’m quite unhappy with the experience I’ve had with her and, no, I will not be going back.

I can only speak for Paige, not the whole salon. She was great, she will make sure you leave happy. Don’t be afraid to tell her if you don’t like something. She will be happy to fix it. I’m very critical about customer service, she exceeted my expectations. The salon itself isn’t bad, I’m from California so I’m used to fancier things. But Paige was amazing, I could never get that kind of service in California. So even though the prices are high, you do get good quality service. Go with Paige, you will not regret it. Be honest with her, she can handle it!

This was my first experience at this salon and Tiffany did such an amazing job!!! I was very nervous but she did exactly what I wanted and even helped my hair cut come together perfectly by suggesting things. It’s so hard to find people that’ll do my hair right because its very layered and choppy but smooth at the same time. I love that she was focused on cutting my hair and making sure it looked good instead of talking to me about random things. Best experience by far!!! Thank you.

Krystal is awesome! She’s consistent and always remembers what I want done. She’s a super awesome person that does a really great job! Her and Jenn are literally the only ppl I let cut my hair now. I haven’t tried any of the other girls there yet. But I’m great with these 2. Krystal is my go to tho.
