I love Salon Platnium!! All of the ladies there are so helpful. Kristen Smith is my stylist and I have been a loyal client of hers for over 15 years. I have a standing appointment every 5 weeks for coloring and have never been disappointed. I have recommended Kristen to everyone I know. I receive many compliments on my hair, especially that it looks so natural (it’s what you want if you color your hair). Kristen is patient and really works with you to give you the style, color, an look that you want AND will work with you if you change your mind and want to go in a different direction. I can’t say enough about Salon Platinum, and the stylist there. I also like to support small local businesses whenever possible. I had an appointment last night and couldn’t be happier with the the results. Love you ladies, see you in 5 weeks!

This is the third time I’ve been to this Salon, and I am so happy I found this place. Lisa does incredible work! I have always had blonde hair.. and if you don’t know already, That equals a lot of maintenance! Coming into this salon, my hair was so brittle and dry. I was scared to continue to color it. Lisa recommend a Redken Product and we did several treatments to get my hair healthy again. Lisa was honest and straight up. She didn’t want to damage my hair any further and really looked out for my best interest. I really appreciate that! Today I left the salon with the results I have been wanting for years that no one else was able to achieve. I really recommend Lisa for your hair needs.

I’ve been going to this Salon since they first open and the last time I went Kristen Smith done my hair added red highlights. Colored the the roots. The red didn’t take so I was not charged for it she never said if you want we can re-schule you to come back. She also put extensions in my hair everyone came out and I took care of them the way I was told. When they came out I would let them know and I felt they didn’t want to fix them if they did recharged me 40.00. The other color came out every time I washed my hair so I pretty much gave her 265.00 for nothing. Plus each time I tipped them than when I decided to go somewhere else after they had me upset crying Kristin got up set said I insulted her. I’ve given her over @ 1000.00 this year for my hair. She never wanted to do anything different. I went to see her every 2 -3 months. I personally don’t recommend this Salon to anyone.
