We are a small, comfortable salon with a beautiful atmosphere. We are trained in Aveda hair color in all techniques. Our three stylists together provide our clients with over 50 years of experience. We offer many high-end, luxurious services at comparable prices. We have personal waxing services by Faith. We also offer Reiki and Reflexology by Deneen. Here at Salon Platinum we take pleasure in providing you with a simple, yet spa like experience during you visit.

So I went here a few months ago and forgot to leave a review but here it finally is. I reached out to Salon Platinum about getting a trauma hair cut, trying to find if they did them. From the get go they have been amazing. Pam had reached back out right away to get me in. The universe had aligned one more time and made it so that the very day that I was falling apart Deneen had an available slot. She got me in right away and worked her magic. That was the first time in months I had felt better, and actually could smile again. I keep looking back at that and wish I could show you guys how awesome she was, so this is the closest I can get. Oh AND she washed my hair for me- and my hair was never more soft or beautiful. Thank you both so much for putting some light back into me. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

Tried to reschedule appointment 4 days ahead of the upcoming appointment, got hung up on by Harriet, no return call and then received a letter from owner about “canceling” appointments and we were informed that we can now only call the week we need an appointment and they will try to fit us in. We were consistently every 5 weeks appointments from before 2015 to the pandemic. Followed Deneen from Franklyn Studio (client there since 2005). Returned this year & seen in March & July. Stylist Deneen was updated at the July appointment of health status (heart, lung & recurrent cancer) that might require rescheduling).

Cozy with class! I love this salon. Amazing, talented stylists and friendly receptionists. They offer a wide range of services and specialize in Aveda products and hair color. Amber does an amazing job with my eyelash extensions for an extremely reasonable price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
