If you are looking for top quality, Salon Platinum will not disappoint. I arrived fifteen minutes early today and they took me immediately! The atmosphere is incredibly positive, happy, and high energy – even during the pandemic. The artists love what they do and it shows!I think what really sets this salon apart from others is the sheer talent. Every single hair artist is incredibly talented. The owner of the salon goes above and beyond to make getting my hair done a fun and positive experience! My whole family comes here :)! Every experience I have had to date with Salon Platinum has been an incredibly positive one! If you are looking for top quality, Salon Platinum will not disappoint. I arrived fifteen minutes early today and they took me immediately! The atmosphere is incredibly positive, happy, and high energy – even during the pandemic. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been to Salon Platinum 2 times, arriving both times a hot mess with super long (inches) salt and pepper roots after not going to the salon for a very long time. I knew that correcting my color would be very challenging but Melissa and Megan knew what to do and I think they must also have some secret magical powers! I have been to Salon Platinum 2 times, arriving both times a hot mess with super long (inches) salt and pepper roots after not going to the salon for a very long time. I knew that correcting my color would be very challenging but Melissa and Megan knew what to do and I think they must also have some secret magical powers! My (long) hair was in dire need of some TLC so I landed on Salon Platinum through google search. I checked out their website and booked random appointment. I had a really awesome first impression and interaction from all of the staff there. My hairdresser was super friendly and even though it took a few hours for what I wanted done, the time flew by with the friendly interactions. She knew exactly what I wanted and absolutely nailed the haircut and delivered the desired color and overall look! Salon Platinum is absolutely Fantastic! My husband and I moved to Bridgewater shortly before COVID hit when everything got shot down. My (long) hair was in dire need of some TLC so I landed on Salon Platinum through google search. I checked out their website and booked random appointment. I had a really awesome first impression and interaction from all of the staff there. My hairdresser was super friendly and even though it took a few hours for what I wanted done, the time flew by with the friendly interactions. Critical: Quality, ValueI came for a balayage which on the site says $150+. After tipping 20% I left paying $300 and was there for around 10 hours because my hair turned out nothing like the photos I showed. I was extremely upset after and when expressing it towards the end, I was told by the owner “you just don’t know what you want”. I felt it was handled extremely poorly and without empathy.
