JILLIAN IS THE BEST OF THE BEST! She’s been taking care of me for almost 20 years and has always done a phenomenal job on my hair and eyebrows. She’s also done many beautiful updos and makeup looks on me for all my dances, proms, and special occasions! She always goes the extra mile for her clients and will do anything to make sure you look your best! She always takes the extra steps to make sure my color looks great, she always takes her time, and really makes her clients feel like they’re apart of her family. Jillian is a wonderful person too. She’s very kind, bubbly, and her passion for cosmo and beauty are apparent within minutes of meeting her.
