I showed her two pictures, one of how I wanted my hair and one of how I wanted the color, she tells me the price which was 75$ , i ended up getting nothing what i asked for and i could post pictures i would. The front had three big thick streaks which i didn’t like the top of my hair was so light it looked white from time to time the color overall was/looked NOTHING like I asked for and she told me it would fade that’s all she kept saying. And changed me 100$ and that’s what got me reallllyyy angry. She toned my hair after telling her it hasn’t faded and i didn’t like that i didn’t get what i wanted and now it’s back to the original color I wasted 100$ for them to give me the same thing i came in with. Waste of money. Whenever i would ask questions the awnser she gave sound like she wasn’t sure she was just agreeing because she knew i was upset And when i started asking her more specific questions because she was brushing it off she didn’t know which proves my point. Highly disappointed in Gaby and it was embressing because she’s my friends mom friend.
