What a relaxing morning! I went into Patrick’s salon and was meeting a new beautician. I hoped to tell Angela how I wanted my haircut and the highlighting I was hoping to get. She went above and beyond to explain what kind of highlighting would make my hair have more depth and Gave me a cut that was similar to what I thought I wanted, but so so so much better! Angela has a great energy around her and she is so kind and really professional in all that she does. She makes me want to definitely go back to Patrick’s and definitely end up with this beautiful hair again !

Salon Patrick is a very professional environment filled with dedicated employees and I highly recommend it! I left my former salon because the atmosphere there had devolved into a feeling that I was in someone’s – complete with eating while simultaneously giving herself a manicure at a station – and this was the owner! I’ve encountered this same phenomenon at other high-end salons and it’s a serious turn off. Sammy is the BEST – super talented and a lovely young woman. I am very disappointed with my boyfriend’s experience today at Salon Patrick. To be clear, this is not about the masseuse’s performance, it’s how the salon handled the pricing. A few weeks ago, I bought my boyfriend a 60-minute massage gift card as an anniversary present. The 60-minute massage cost $90. They asked if I wanted it to be deep tissue and I said yes – so they added another $20. I was okay with that. They assured me that the $110 gift card will cover his deep tissue massage. However, when he checked out today, they charged him $157. He asked why and they said they added an extra charge because he got the masseuse with the most experience. He said that he did not ask for that and was not informed prior to the session that it would cost more. But they made him pay it. I then called to say that was bad business practice and dishonest pricing. They then told me that is the only masseuse they have, so he didn’t have a choice. You should honor what we paid for, that’s not our fault it’s the only masseuse you have. I gave them the choice to make it right and at least refund the difference, and they would not do it. I am very displeased because I bought this as a present for him and now he had to pay an additional $47 plus tip. Why wasn’t the good masseuse fee included in my original $110? I feel very scammed because they kept adding additional pricing on. I will definitely not be returning. I will stick to a great masseuse in Twinsburg, whose 60-minute, $90 massage includes deep tissue and is a superior masseuse without any additional fees.
