Today was my 1st visit and to say I am extremely pleased is an understatement ! I went from drab to fab in no time ! Everyone there is super friendly ! Ali was my INCREDIBLE stylist ! I went in with pic of sort of idea of what I wanted . He looked at the pictures, evaluated my hair and came up with the perfect plan ! I have never had a straight razor cut & my hair was a perfect shoulder length when finished. He gave me a Symmetrical cut so I can part it on either side or in the middle and it will look fabulous either way ! The salon is clean ! The young lady who washed my hair was wonderful ! Talk about a great head massage ! If you noticed, I have ended every sentence with an exclamation point ! They are that great ! I will be back in a couple months for a touch up . Thank you all for such a great experience ! Below is a before & after . The wind was blowing and it still looked great !

My stylist was Ali. It was my first time getting a balyage. I was super nervous about it but I had put my trust in him. He made honest suggestions. Ali was extremely patient considering the length and thickness of my hair. He took his time and totally exceeded all my expectations. I was so happy with the results. The haircut was also phenomenal. I walked into Salon Ozhea hating my short, fine, thin hair. I had a basic idea of what I wanted and what I didn’t want. Oz took his time to listen to my thoughts, explain my options, and describe what he thought would work well. I walked out feeling like a million dollars! He achieved a style and color that I absolutely LOVE! While I cannot speak to the other stylists, I expect they are of the same caliber. I highly recommend Salon Ozhea in Ellicott City to anyone!

I have always had thick and extremely healthy hair – and it was commented on when I went for service. Within two washings after my balayage my hair began to break due to over processing. Hair was breaking by handfuls! When I called to discuss, I was dismissed, said they couldn’t find my appt in the books (of course I have a receipt with the date) told to purchase a hair mask from Walmart. Nothing was offered to help remedy this extreme situation – not even a refund. I am now paying a lot of money and time to have my hair repaired while I wait months to have my hair grow back! Never again!! Caution!

Literally never ever going here again. Went here a couple years back when I was in highschool (It was September or October 2019 to be more precise) for homecoming and was the worst decision ever. I have curly hair but very very loose and soft curls. I’ve never had stylists struggle blow drying my hair straight. Even cheap great clips cuts have blow dried my hair with ease. However at this salon the man was awful and literally got the brush stuck in my hair. Getting it out involved so much tearing he had to just leave it hanging there for a little. I also got my eyebrows waxed here because apparently they wouldn’t thread then and it was an even BIGGER mistake. The girl BURNED MY EYE with how hot the wax was. I covered the burn with makeup that day but by the next day it was too messed up to cover. I STILL have a scar to this day from the garbage that lady did to my eye. When I called to tell her what happened I was gaslit about it and told it wasn’t her doing? except nothing else touched my eye… it appeared the day she waxed it.. and it was a BURN which formed a huge scab exactly where my eyebrow was waxed. Worst salon experience of my life.
