Most brides get that “Omg princess moment” when they put their gown and veil on. Let me tell you, I started crying when Jessica added the finishing touches of my hair. She turned the chair around and I couldn’t believe it. I felt so beautiful. She was a huge part of making my wedding dreams come true. My hair/veil/crown stayed in place all day despite the humidity (not to mention it survived the dance floor 😉 ). Jessica was such wonderful company to be around. She is so personable and sweet. Her salon is absolutely stunning, so aesthetic, and high-class. Highly recommend Jessica and her salon not just to brides, but for everyone seeing exceptional beauty services.

I got my hair colored by Nia. I wanted my hair to go back to my natural color(a light shade of brown), and I sent her a reference photo. After my hair was complete, it was significantly darker than my natural hair color. I pointed this out, and Nia said the color would “lighten up after a few washes” I showed her another picture of my natural hair on my phone, and pointed out how dark my hair was, and she said the lighting in the photo made my hair look lighter, and the color she dyed my hair was close to my natural hair. My hair also now has red tones in it in the sun, and I hate it. I feel like I wasn’t heard, and I won’t be going back. Also when I got home, I found I still had dye in my ear, on my forehead and on the back of my neck. It felt like I didn’t even get my hair colored by a professional.

Jessica is the best hair stylist I have ever been to!! She is the owner and knows what she is doing. She has restored my faith in salons! Her salon is beautiful and her employee’s are out of this world! Best customer service I’ve seen in forever. You can feel the love and respect as soon as you walk in. Bryn is the best nail technician I have ever been to!! She cares about her craft. She is personable and will make sure you leave completely satisfied. I will recommend this Salon to everyone. I had been doing research around the area for places to get a perm and found this Salon online. I decided to go in for a consult for a perm with Rachel and told her what I wanted and the style I was going for. I scheduled an appointment for a month later and was told around how much it would cost. Overall, it was a good experience she seemed to know what she was talking about and told me she thought she would be able to do it.

It’s the week before Christmas and my birthday with a massive snow storm and I’m looking for somewhere to get a hair cut. I moved here 4 years ago and hadn’t found a place I felt comfortable with yet and was super nervous to try another new place. I made an appointment with a different stylist originally and got a call she was leaving early due to the storm but they had another stylist available so I decided to take the chance, new is new. I would not have traded my experience for anything, Shawna was amazing! I was pretty general with what I wanted and Shawna worked her talent with my hair and we had great conversation along the way. She’s got such a warm down to earth personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable and you leave feeling confident! The salon was clean and looked well maintained, decor was great. I think I’ve found my place and my stylist, will definitely be back!

Madison is amazing!! I just had my hair cut and styled by her and she did such a fantastic job. She took the time to ask so many questions and understand exactly what I wanted and she explained everything she was going to do. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I’ve received. I’ve had an appointment booked for a good two months now. Today I received a text 3 days before my appointment telling me I need to add a card on file and pay half of my service upfront. Thought that was strange because I’ve been here once before and never had to do that. Also, several of my friends have come here and have never had to do that. So I did not feel comfortable doing that. I expressed my concern and they canceled my appointment. I leave for a trip very soon and I’m sure I will not be able to find somewhere else on short notice before my trip. I don’t feel I was treated fairly. Who texts someone randomly at 6:36pm 3 days before their appointment asking for half of the service upfront. Seems very sketch to me. The professional thing would have been to ask me for a card when I set my appointment up two months ago
