Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI booked an appointment at the beginning of this month, came in the day of on time to have the receptionist tell me that the hair stylist no longer works there and they were supposed to call me to reschedule. Apparently their best accommodation will be next week, the receptionist seemed not to care how this salon has utterly inconvenienced me. How can a business operate with such irresponsible book keeping practices? I will not be coming back for another attempt at getting an appointment here when they cannot even keep track of them. I booked an appointment at the beginning of this month, came in the day of on time to have the receptionist tell me that the hair stylist no longer works there and they were supposed to call me to reschedule.
