I had a wonderful experience with Alyssa! I am so excited to find such a wonderful salon and stylist first go since I moved here a few weeks ago. Everyone was so friendly and I love my haircut. I found the prices to be very reasonable but they are very up front with the pricing so you can always check online or call and ask prior to receiving a service. Highly recommend 🙂

I’ve been going here for a while and Bella always does my hair perfectly. I’ve gotten my bangs cut at other places and salon one 12 is the only place I’ve gone where they style your hair to your actual face. You’re not just a manikin or a doll head to them, you’re a real person. It’s crazy how a hair style can show your real personality but every time I walk in I know Bella and the other stylists here can do just that. Thank you:)

I am very disappointed last night. I made my appointment one week ahead to color and cut my hair. My appointment was at 7:00 pm. Alyssa could not do it because it was not enough time and they close it at 9:00pm. I could not fix my hair for Christmas time . They should not accept appointment if they don’t have enough time to finish the job to a client. She did a hair cut. It was overpriced for what she did.

Disappointed, spent LOTS of money (over 1,000), brought so much business, and didn’t like my color I received but got released as a client. I got to refund and no fix on my hair. Very unprofessional and disappointed that my money was never given back and my hair was never fixed. I was also overbooked because when I was asking for a blowout for my hair my hairstylist said she had another client and left me with my hair wet. Complete waste of money..

The salon is cute, I like the decor and set up, and this area of bida is always fun to visit. Had to wait a bit past my 1015 appointment time but everyone was very friendly and professional and they did a great job. I got full balayage, teased light blonde, hair cut and style for $380. I hadn’t been to a salon in over a year, so it was alot of work, but Sarah did amazing. Can’t give 5 stars bc they were over booked so space was limited and Sarah was tacking three clients at once (no exaggeration, she’s seriously good). Wpuod still highly recommended.
