I was a first timer here, I bought a groupon for color & cut and could not have been more satisfied! Kalli did an amazing job on my color melt and the whole staff is friendly, cheerful & personable. The salon itself is in a great location & was clean and kept. Overall it was a great experience 🙂

For 6 years this salon was my go to until this past year in which the last 3 times I called to try to schedule a basic wash & haircut with Kallie( to which I ALWAYS tip $20 min.) each time I have called the receiptinist has stated that Kallie was booked solid for months- At which point I on each occasion have then suggested I would try any stylist that was available and again was turned away. On all three occasions I was advised the salon was “booked solid” for months (each of the 3 separate occasions I called for an appointment were at least a month & a half apart from the other attempt) I finally made the wise decision to begin using a salon a block away on Main Street. This new salon values me as a customer & schedules appointments without turning me away. Either salon on main needs a better receptionist or they need to expand their salon & stylists- either way I will NEVER go back. They have treated me as invaluable.
