Victoria fixed my hair color today. I went to get highlights a month ago (different salon) and ended up with hair that looked like I had stripes:( Victoria took the time today to color correct my hair and tone down the stripes. Very happy with my results, I will be back in 6 weeks to see Victoria for a touch up. The receptionist was very nice as well and gave me some good info about some products and services offered.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. I have recently moved to Northville and went to Salon on 5 for a hair cut. I had an appointment with Loren P and she has no experience in men hair cut. She has no idea what she was doing and messed up my hairs. I expect the owner of this place to have an experience and better staff. It ruined my mood and day. There is no fix to it.

I can’t even start to describe, how extremely happy and satisfied I am after my very first visit to Salon on 5. I went here after receiving a very bad highlight and color service at another place. I called the salon and Tammy the owner was kind enough to get me in on the same day to get my hair fixed. I met with Katie and she was very sweet, patient and professional. She did a fantastic job with my highlights and made sure I was completely satisfied and made my first experience with Salon on 5 a great one. Tammy the owner kept checking in on me as well to make sure I received the best service from her business. Thank you Tammy and Katie. I’ll definitely come back to you and recommend you guys to anyone whose looking for a great salon experience 🙂
