Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had my full foil and haircut by Chrystal, she did such an amazing job! My hair is perfectly platinum, no damage and feels great! The salon staff was so welcoming, I felt at home! Thank you so much again, Chrystal!

Critical: ProfessionalismI sent a message to salon ombré to ask about pictures of work they provided. When ever I get services from a new place I’ve never been I like to see the quality of work they do! The response I received was no my clients don’t come to me for photo sessions so no I don’t take photos. And I don’t have time I’m very busy so I’m going to cut you off. To me this was very unprofessional. I did not receive services from salon ombré nor have I ever been to this business and after the rude messages I got I will not go into this business. Oh not to mention she blocked me after saying she was cutting me off.And please tell me what my last review on another salon had to do with this review?
