The owner GINA IS A LOVELY PERSON AND TRULY KNOWS WHAT HAIR STYLE IS BEST FOR HER CLIENTS. She did a BALAYAGE ON MY BLACK CURLS TODAY WITH GOLDEN BLONDE AND CARAMEL AND THE RESULT IS PHENOMENAL!! In addition to her hair skills, I want to point out that she is very understanding and takes great pride in her salon and responbility on what she provides to her clients. I originally had a bad experience from a different stylist at the salon yesterday, so I called the salon receptionist about it (after reaching home and realizing the color wasn’t what I wanted). The stylists were gone for the day, but Gina texted me later the same day and after we discussed the situation and what I truly wanted to get done, she even offered to help fix it the very next day in spite of it being a Sunday (the salon is closed on Sun & Mon). She clearly explained to me what her plan is to fix my hair and made sure that I felt heard and understood. Gina went above and beyond in her service today at the Salon and re-toned, blended the golden effect, added layers and fixed my hair to exactly what I wanted. All this she did with an awesome attitude in spite of having to come in to the salon specially for this taking time from her family time!! IN THE MANY YEARS I HAVE BEEN TO VARIOUS SALONS FOR HAIR COLORING IN THE FLORENCE/ERLANGER NORTHEN CINCINNATI AREA, GINA HAS BEEN THE BEST TO DATE!! In a way I am glad that the other stylist was not able to achieve the results initially, because if not I would not have had the opportunity to meet Gina today and have her style my hair so beautifully!! I usually don’t have a designated hair stylist, now I know who to go to for my next hair appointment!! 🙂 Thank you very much Gina for taking care of my hair today!!

Perm fell out with 24 hrs. Made an appointment to come in to re do perm. Received a call after making appt and was told that they do noto guarantee results and cannot redo. Receptionist suggested coming in to trim hair, to cut out friz. Wednesday we go to salon and am told we will be recharged for cut. We walked out. Terrible experience.

I hadn’t met my stylist yet but Kelly came to get me and introduced herself and said nice to meet you she listened and looked at pictures I had in my phone and discussed what I wanted and she took it from there. I left there looking and feeling Beautiful . Hair is important and I will say the staff was awesome, I definitely set my next appointment with my new stylist and I highly recommend anyone looking try this place . I was new to the Salon, However upon entering I was greeted with friendly staff. I hadn’t met my stylist yet but Kelly came to get me and introduced herself and said nice to meet you she listened and looked at pictures I had in my phone and discussed what I wanted and she took it from there. I left there looking and feeling Beautiful . Thought I was going to get a professional haircut since u gave nit had one in there years so definitely needed one …told this person whatvubwanted to have dine she said ok, washed my hair and in 15 I was done hardly any hair to sweep up and it looked pretty much the same as when u walked in but I had some bangs. I went to a nice salon and ended up with a great clips 15 dollar trim … never again..actually I asked dur choppy short layers and did nut get any of that ..very very disappointed . For sure ..plus I bought hair product..75 later I end up with the same stuff I walked in with. .. I was very very upset and I still am very upset so now I have to go where they know how to cut layers and treat u the sane as they are .. human…who knows what layers are more money to get the cut I didn’t get fixed
