Yesterday was my first visit to Salon O. The front desk gals were polite and attentive. The Salon is contemporary and clean. I came in for a specific stylist, Tempe, who I had sought out after seeing her cuts on line. I had photos of past cuts of mine as a reference. She asked a bunch of questions while figuring out wave, thickness, texture and my desires before starting to cut. I am over the moon with the outcome! Tempe really understood my hair and what it needed. She is a gem of a person and quite talented. I highly recommend the Salon and Tempe.

Tempe is a master at her craft! She will listen to what you want and take your hair texture and face shape into account and make it even better than you imagined. I’ve been seeing her for years to manage my thick, unruly curly hair and she’s by far the best I’ve experienced. Salon O is great too- stylish without being over the top, welcoming and comfortable.

This place is clean and has friendly staff. I see Tempe every time since I used to see her at another salon. She’s amazing. I have long curly hair and I appreciate how helpful she is in recommendations for keeping the hair moisturized and healthy. Her time and care is great and I am confident every time talking with her about my expectations and ultimately leave a lot of the decisions up to her when it comes to cutting and styling.

I came in with a specific picture for blonde highlights. My hairdresser said that it was beautiful and doable. After sitting there for over 4+ hours, I left $300 later with hair color that looked no different. I went back three days later and was told that she doesn’t do that type of hair color for her first time clients since she doesn’t know how the dead ends would react. I had told her when I was there previously that I just had my hair cut so there weren’t any dead ends. I wish she would’ve told me that before as I wouldn’t have spent the money. When asked about a redo, I was told it would be about $250. I am disappointed with the service and transparency.
