Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAbout 4 months ago, I was given a gift by my boss at Beyond Landscape to treat myself at the Salon. During the Covid19 shut down of many businesses, like some others out there, I thought that I could just use a box color until things opened up… Ugghhh! Was I wrong in doing that. My hair ended up getting dryer and dryer and darker and darker (almost black) and I decided that I should have it colored and some highlights put in to get rid of that awful black! I was so upset when I found out that had I tried to do that it would have ended with disastrous results! Laura could very well have taken my money and did what I wanted, but she put the condition of my hair as well as my future happiness in the forefront. Much to my dismay, she declined to do what I asked her to do. So, agreeing with an expert (however disappointed I was) made more sense to me and the mere fact that she could have taken my money and had a one and done with me but didn’t showed me that Salon O truly cares about their reputation and their customer’s ultimate happiness. She did a super conditioning and an excellent cut and after a few more cuts, she said I’m almost ready to do what I want with my hair! I’m so pleased that she took the time to explain things to me and has kept my roots taken care of and provided a superb hair cut! She is truly talented! She and her business partner, June are so friendly and caring. They will have me as a customer for years to come. I’m not easily impressed with customer service as being part of a business, I’m expected to give it my best all the time… Laura and June go above and beyond to make your “spa” day a happy one! I have very thin flat hair and always wanted fullier volume hair. I visited Christian who did my hair just the way I wanted it. My hair looks the fullest it ever has and didn’t take to much off which was also great. He also educated me on how the other salons cut my hair and what he did to it to make it so full and beautiful. I would recommend salon o to anyone who wants the best possible cuts and colors. Christian puts great passion into his work and makes you feel amazing after the end results. I just recently moved back to mass from Florida, for years I have tried to find a salon that gets my hair and knows what I want. I have very thin flat hair and always wanted fullier volume hair. I visited Christian who did my hair just the way I wanted it. My hair looks the fullest it ever has and didn’t take to much off which was also great.
