Best hairstylist ever, amazing colorist, what Oscar does to my hair is magic. I have the worst hair for colors, it does dye horrible, but somehow Oscar brings it to perfection, love the highlights. Great hands for haircuts as well, always does as you asked adding his touch of experience, my hair grows quick and healthy under his care.
