First I want to say my first experience in this salon was a 50/50. I loved the atmosphere, and the people were wonderful. I went in for a simple trim by Savannah and to add a few layers. I walked out loving the feel & the look. However the next morning I noticed my hair is not cut correctly and I don’t know how we will be able to fix this without cutting all my length off to match this butchered mess! I am very upset and will be going somewhere else to try and correct this.

My hair is ABSOLUTELY BEYOND RUINED by this place. I came here off of good google reviews and was so excited but not is all it seemed to be. First off – finding the salon was ridiculous and impossible. I first walked into the salon finally after a few minutes of walking around outside trying to locate the dang place, and NOBODY greeted me, nobody looked my way they avoided me actually. My stylist finally walked in late, she was great during the service but when I asked for blonde highlights – she accidentally turned my hair grey and said “uh oh” she attempted to correct it and that is what ruined my hair past savable. She left my hair in a braid as to not let me see the damage but when I took it out – my hair is STRINGY, falling out in clumps and is so extremely dry and unattractive. I am absolutely disappointed I even paid a single cent to this business. Never again.

10 out of 10 recommend getting your hair cut and colored by Tara at Salon NV. I am the the most picky with my hair and I could not be happier! Every single time I go to get my hair done, it is even better than I imagined. Tara is kind, funny, friendly and most of all professional. I show her my vision and she makes the best recommendations based on my hair and style. She always takes great care of me and I would go every day to get my hair done if I could. Tara is a client first person and you can tell she loves what she does.

Would NOT recommend this salon! I came in with blonde hair wanting to go dark brown and the stylist used hair dye that ended up Eating my hair! Now I have to pay hundreds of dollars for treatment because the stylist didn’t put in filler so my hair is DAMAGED! Also I asked the stylist to give me long layers and instead she gave me short layers

Would highly NOT recommend this place!! I got a haircut from Tara whom was very nice but left my hair very uneven and choppy. The manager said she was going to fix it but she was a no show twice and didn’t even contact me to let me know she wouldn’t be there. So not only unprofessional but she pawned me off on two other stylist who didn’t do what was expected or do a proper blowout or style after My haircut. My hair still isn’t what I wanted and very heavy on the ends. Not Happy at all!!! It was a waste of money and time!
