Salon Nuuvo is all about the detail and perfection. I love this place. They do amazing work and really listen to your needs and create beautiful hair. My hair is blonde and it is NOT easy to find the “right” color of blonde and Melanie nailed it exactly how I like it , Beatriz is also amazing!!!!!! They really care. Kyla is also all about her clients and doing the BEST job she can!!!!!!!!!! Rachel as the celebrity stylist/owner is doing an amazing job to create a BEAUTIFUL HAIR OASIS SANCTUARY!!!!!!!! Here it is, my first ever review of a business: Very Poor. The Nuuvo product they put on my hair has changed the texture of my hair drastically; after 5 days of daily shampoo, I still haven’t got my hair back!!! I went there for a simple haircut by Juliette. To be fair, she did a nice wash and neck massage. I showed her a photo of the style I had in mind; apparently, she didn’t like it. She suggested it to be longer. I made a terrible mistake of trusting her artistic judgement! It took me until the end of the haircut until I realized she COMPLETELY ignored what I showed her! She also ignored my comments toward the end of the cut, insisting that what I’m asking for is already there, I just need to give it time. I absolutely hate the end result and I can’t believe it cost me $100+.
