My daughter was getting married and the hair salon in Harbor Springs did a terrible job. I was a mess and went to Salon Nouveau. I explained my situation to the owner. Without hesitation, she told me no problem and she would help. My hair looked wonderful when she finished and I couldn’t thank her enough. My daughter’s wedding was beautiful and so was my hair. This was the worst job I have ever had done,on my hair.I went in for 3 shades lighter hair,than my natural color,and blonde highlights,I specified,I did not want red or copper highlights.Ofcourse I came out with my hair,even darker than my natural color,and copper highlights,the exact color I did not want..there is a huge difference between copper and blonde.it looks horrible.I tried calling,and I seem to be playing phone tag with owner..if I could send a picture,you would see,this is not at all what I asked for,and very low end job..it’s embarrassing what I was left with.now,since no one wants to fix this,I will be going to a more high end salon,and actually paying,to get this fixed.Ofcourse that ordeal cost me 180.00..I would not recommend this salon,at all.not even for a haircut.my haircut was horrible also
