I had pictures for the stylist of the color I wanted (love Pinterest) but both times she failed to deliver. I was sure she wouldn’t make the same mistake the second visit. After my appt. (2nd) I asked what I could’ve done to better explain what color I wanted (pics did not work) she became rude and blamed me for not saying a better description. Shes like, you could have said “this inside”. I felt embarrassed because there were other people around. She made me feel it was my fault. But it’s okay I said I would come back. I thought about it a lot more and decided to go somewhere else. Thinking I was calling the new salon. I called her instead and made the appointment saying it was my first time there. Oops Haha. She later texted me and said by the way that was me on the phone, I don’t believe you and her will have communication so I went ahead and canceled your appointment. Happy Holidays!

I have nothing but amazing words to share about Kevin and his absolute art and skill with helping my hair. I had to have a color correction and was suggested product to help how dry my hair had become from a previous hair coloring elsewhere. Kevin made my hair gorgeous and it is already feeling so much healthier!!! I have found a new stylist and I’m so thankful for him!!

The first time I went I enjoyed ther service and I really liked my hair. The second time, I got a text the night before my appointment asking if I was supposed to come in Friday or Saturday because she put me down both days. I replied with Friday. She acknowledged, never gave me a time. I should have asked, but I didn’t. I get there and was told my appointment was scheduled for an hour earlier. She didn’t bother to call or see if anything was wrong after confirming the night before I would be there. I live 5 min down the road and could have been there earlier if u had received a call or a text, but I didn’t. The best they can do was reschedule my appointment for a time when I’m not available. I left without an appointment or getting my hair done because if I’m not important enough to confirm the correct day and time with or to even take a second to apologize for the error on her end, because I’ve had the same time in my phone since it was booked, then I don’t want to trust my hair with someone who doesn’t care.

Made the mistake of using a box color on my hair a few days before leaving for an-out-state wedding. The brown I wanted was vibrant red-purple! As soon as they heard this, one of the owners, Greg, made arrangements to get me in right away. He took great care talking to me about process/results and getting me to the color I wanted. This is the most amazing salon ever. The place is absolutely clean and decorated with excellent taste. The staff is warm and friendly and they all look so professional. My hair girl, Tammy is fabulous. She is an artist with color, cut, and styling. I have never walked out of that salon disappointed. Well worth the money paid.

This place is beyond satisfactory. If I could give this salon more than 5 stars I would. If you’re looking to get your hair done and done right, this is the ONLY place to do it. They do it all here. I’ve seen dozens of men and women leave this salon practically in tears because of how AMAZING their hair looks. Not only do you get one of the best hair services done in your life, you meet the most AMAZING staff members. To me… there is no place like Salon Nouveau. Also I would like to add that I get complements on my hair daily. Their work is like no other.
