Bought a Groupon for Chantal to get gel nails done. I called & her voicemail said to send a text. No problem except for the fact that she doesn’t respond to texts. I purchased this back in March so it’s not like she hasn’t had time to respond. Don’t waste your money!

Jennifer wasn’t in and another person told me Jen was swamped with groupon responses. Also, she was out of town a lot. Jennifer is AMAZING! I cut off so much hair and had her give me bangs. I was terrified at first and she made me so comfortable. She’s very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to go back! The salon is very clean and in a nice area.

I went to Chantel for a gel package I had bought on Groupon. She did an amazing job! Was super sweet and the polish lasted over a month! It was so good I had to go back to have her help me take it off which she did no questions asked and no charge at all! Put a top coat on for me and even filed them up! I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area! Great prices and very very friendly!

Purchased a Groupon for a facial and called to make an appointment as instructed. Voicemail message proceeds to provide different numbers and names to text for various appointments (hair, facial, etc). Following directions, I text Vanessa to make an appointment. After no response in 24 hours, I follow up with another, then another a week later…. NO RESPONSE. Not sure if this is a scam place, or they just don’t understand what customer service is. I sure hope Vanessa is okay, can’t imagine that a business professional would treat a potential client this way. Don’t waste your time with this joke of a salon.

I went in to get a hair cut, it seems that every where I have been no one listens and I don’t end up happy with my hair cut, not the case here though. I called and booked an appt. for the same day with Vanessa (the owner), she couldn’t have been nicer. I went in and told her my wows and I have to say she is the first stylist that has actually listened. I couldn’t have been happier with my hair cut, I will definitely be going back to see her again. I read all the reviews before going in, and I have to say I don’t put any stock in any of the bad reviews from the groupon / living social people, I did not find any of them to be true in any way, shape, or form. I would highly recommend Salon Nouveau, and especially Vanessa. Thanks Vanessa, see you soon!

I purchased a Livingsocial deal for a Gel Manicure and Spa Pedicure from Salon Nouveau – WHAT A MISTAKE!!! It took me over a week to reach someone to make an appointment, calling and leaving messages every day, and then finally when I couldn’t make my appointment because they have a 24 hr cancellation policy, I wasn’t able to re-schedule and forfeit my $ paid. When I called Livingsocial, they took the Salon’s side and as if the Salon is an important Doctor’s office. We are all human, things come up, and life doesn’t depend on your schedule. Anyway, from reading Yelp reviews in addition to Google reviews, if you’re thinking about getting this deal and trying to get your nails done, DON’T! It will most likely be a waste of your money and time as well!

difficulty in locating this salon – in a business center in the back; very poor signage. I had a Groupon for a Pedi and Hot Lotion Mani. My bad I didn’t download it but thought I would be able to pull it up on my iphone at the salon. WiFi very poor took almost 20 minutes to load my groupon. Meanwhile, receptionist/hair stylist wasn’t very nice. Got right into the pedi bowl – one of those bench type and being short I need pillows behind me to get close enough to my tech. Uncomfortable to say the least. My service was great, though – enjoyed my pedi. Over to the nail station – not many regular polish choices so went with basic black. Alexa was my tech and she really did a good job on my hands and feet. Once I got over my frustration at the WiFi and moved into a more comfortable chair, I was able to chat without being hostile lol. All in all in enjoyable experience.
