My wife just returned very upset from this salon. She had made my 4 year old daughter’s hair appointment weeks ago. She waited over a half an hour and finally decided to just leave without getting her haircut. It was already a late appointment at 6:45pm. No one apologized or acknowledged she had been waiting well over her scheduled time. My wife had to go back and ask how much longer only to be given an attitude by one of the rude stylists. My wife is a patient person but 30 minutes is excessive especially when waiting with an excited 4 year old. Will never book there again. Just disappointing because both of my daughters loved going there for haircuts. It’s a shame the customer service there is so poor.

It was such a refresher see someone with skill and care about your nails that can pick up a conversation like you’ve known her for years. Critical: Quality, ValueMy stylist did a horrible hair color. She supposed to color my hair medium brown, but she colored it dark black. She was convinced my root wouldn’t color lighter at all, so colored all my blonde hair BLACK. Then it turned brown/orange. Why would anyone who works hair color do that? My stylist did a horrible hair color. She supposed to color my hair medium brown, but she colored it dark black. She was convinced my root wouldn’t color lighter at all, so colored all my blonde hair BLACK. Then it turned brown/orange. Why would anyone who works hair color do that?
