My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am I arrived 5 minutes early, I was greeted by Laura and said to have a seat. I only waited a minute or two and was then taken to the stylist chair next to another client. I sat there 35 minutes (yes,I did time it!) while Tiffany worked on the other clients hair, talked on the phone twice (personal calls). I should have left then. I have (had) very long hair. I was there to have highlights and glaze and haircut. Multiple times I made it very very clear I did not want to lose my length. She cut off 8 inches!!! Her color work is very good. I was even able to deal with the fact that she cut so much off because it had been a long long time since my last cut, until I said about it being shorter than I wanted she told me I am to old for hair that long and people don’t see hair below my bra line! If all of that isn’t enough when I mentioned to her that the student she has in her shop wasn’t doing good job combing my hair she told me everyone needs to learn. If I wanted to go to a student I could have gone to the beauty school down the road

The stylists here are very professional, knowledgeable, and seem to love what they do, plus the owner has legit barbering skills and does an amazing men’s haircut… will definitely be back!
