I saw Ashley at Salon Noir. Not only was she incredibly skilled at her job, but she also took her time and gave me one of the best cuts and colors I’ve ever received before! Her professionalism, people skills, and styling abilities are fantastic! The salon is very clean and comfortable, and I will definitely be returning in the near future!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI booked a 30 minute facial- it was nothing but a series of masks, dry brushing, scalp massage, and steaming my skin. So. Much. Steam.The technician did not stop at 30 mins. She went over the appointment time by double and then charged me $80 for the 60 mins.I advised the aesthetician that I would not purchase products that contain palm oil and even after reviewing the label on the moisturizer, she still advised that I purchased the product.That same technician over-charged my mother by $80 on her services as well (lash tint and brow wax).I know these places are hurting for business due to the pandemic, but this is no way to conduct yourself.
