My first red flag was there was no one under 80 years of age when I walked in. Should have left right then. My “hair stylist” was sooooo rude and literally the whole time threw digs at my hair. On their website among other things that they “specialize” in they list long hair. Not only did she call my hair too long but also too fine for the style I wanted, when all I wanted was simple layers, but also extremely dry (multiple times) which is far from the truth. The only good thing I can say about this place is that they swept up the hair before I could realize how much they had cut off.
