I was there on 04/22/22. My hair was done by the worst of the worst a blond overweight lady with tattoos . She has a very bad attitude. The owner was not there that day. So the lady gave me the worst hi-light I have ever seen, charging me $138. The hair was all orange, and I was shocked when she asked me to look at the mirror and see if there is anything else she needs to adjust. That is ridiculous! And then when she acted like she is fixing it she kept adding chemicals to my hair without stop and pulling my hair. My hair 8 months after still suffering. I ll make sure you ll pay it. But first this review. Stay away from this salon they don’t even know how to talk treat customers. Please protect your hair from them

What a great experience! After 25 years with small person we had our own speak but I was looking for someone closer. Sadly others in the past just didn’t do what I asked leaving me to drive the hour or just leave my hair in bun everyday. My request was simple and Maria understood and took care of me! I FINALLY found a place closer to me!!! So grateful for the conversation and listening to my request. I can wear my hair down again without wanting to cringe! Yayyyy! Thank you Maria and SalonNine28! Highlights, and color are always spot on!! Hair cuts are all up to date, and stylish!! They use only the best products. They do not push product sales on you, but when u smell what they use, you’ll want to buy it!! Lol. Whatever secret ingredient that is either in the color or an additve, leave my hair Shiny and Soft for weeks! They also have a system to make your apt for your next visit, and sends you a text reminder which is perfect. Which helps me since I’m a last minute person!! Also no surprise cost hikes!! Fantastic salon! I’ve never been disappointed. Friendly yet professional service. Ive never been rushed nor have had to wait. I love the fact that she listens too her clients and is honest. I love that! I’ve always wanted a pixie cut and never felt brave enough until I met Maria!!! Now I don’t think I’ll ever go back to long hair 🙂 She’s also fantastic at coloring, deep conditioning and I love that she knows what’s new in the hair industry. My visits there are more than just getting my hair cut. It’s like visiting your best friend for a cup of coffee and before you know it she’s done and you look and feel beautiful!
