I PAID $128 DO NOT GO HERE They upcharged me a extra $20 for a style that was already included in the appointment I booked online! The staff was talking about the clients under there breath. And I was there for 5 hours all I got was a shampoo detox and a style . I don’t think the stylist Alexis was confident in it she didn’t even take a picture and i got my hair did for my birthday ! They didn’t offer me a water service was trash !

Loved this salon! Beautiful clean prompt and professional… Lloya did a beautiful job on my hair. She trimmed my ends and made sure I was comfortable with the amount she was cutting, my wash was great and it was styled so beautifully. Lloya was very sweet and professional. Salon staff is unprofessional and have no problem wasting your time. My appointment was for 2pm, granted I walk-in at 2:10 and was asked to take a seat and wait for the stylist. I asked the receptionist how long the wait would be, she told me maybe 5 to 10 mins. The stylist greeted me but we unbraiding her friends hair. I was offered a bottle of water which was nice. But then when a shampoo bowl opened up 10 minutes later, the receptionist told the stylist I was waiting but she proceeded to wash her friends hair first instead of starting me. I wait a total of 30 minutes before walking out with my hair being touched.

I’ve been doing my own hair for years, it’s natural, and I was excited to find what I thought was a healthy hair salon so I could give myself a break and let someone else take care of my hair. I came every two weeks like clockwork, spent well over $100 each time for a standard wash and deep condition, and after 4 months I’ve had to start doing my own hair again because the back is completely broken out. When I started my hair was roughly 12-14”, and now there are many short pieces no longer than 1”. I’m so frustrated and disheartened. They clearly noticed but said nothing except “what’s going on with your hair back here?”. My very first appointment they recommended Olaplex to make my hair strong. I foolishly let them do the treatment without researching it on my own. If you Google ‘Olaplex’ and ‘hair loss’ there are tons of forums where women have lost a LOT of hair after the treatment. I believe this, and whatever else they’ve done to my hair, is what damaged it. The texture is completely straight in some places, so either it’s heat damaged or they’ve used some sort of mild relaxer gone wrong. I had recommended this salon to a friend who started to have the same experience. The first few visits were great and then suddenly her hair unexplainably went downhill, and they take no accountability. Please don’t let them use Olaplex on you, and be sure to check and recheck the products they use on your hair. Now I’m back to doing my hair myself, and I’m going to have to spend a few years rebuilding my hair and the length that I lost.

Kiuani provided expert advice on improving and maintaining my natural hair. The shop was clean, well lit, organized, had snacks and drink amenities, everything. 10/10 would recommend.
