Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt took me 6 months to write this review because I really tried to just forget about the nightmare, but as time has went on I have became angrier and angrier. Brooke Fortner is THE WORST HAIRDRESSER I EVER MET! She said she could turn my pink highlights back to blonde and she charged me close to $200 the first time and she didn’t do much, but turn my hair a baby pink then she told me to come back the next week and she could finish taking the pink out and add some more blonde, well instead she burns my hair completely off and lied when I asked her if my hair was falling out. Then she said what little bit of hair I had left she was gonna dye it brown because it couldn’t handle anymore color. Well she never apologized, instead she said I was upset because I was going thru a hard time! No I was upset because she just burned my hair and then charged me another$200! Well I ended up having to get extensions that cost $900 after all said and done. Well 6 months later I had to take out the extensions because I can’t afford the maintenance on them anymore. My hair is still very fine and brittle from being burned off by her. It upsets me because she never cared or apologized and it truly devastated me. I was so depressed and still am and feel like my hair will never be the same. It took me 6 months to write this review because I really tried to just forget about the nightmare, but as time has went on I have became angrier and angrier.
