I am rating them five stars because of Valerie. She is so skilled, talented, and is very, very experienced-she has the kind of knowledge about hair you only get with years of experience. Her understanding on how different cuts look on different people and fall with different hair types is spot on. She is keen on details. I have very long, slightly wavy hair and she cuts my layers in such a skilled fashion that they all blend perfectly and give me that beach-bum wave all day long! She also does my color and it always looks great and healthy! I am constantly receiving compliments on my hair and I rarely even style it. She has also given me great tips on how to preserve my color and keep my hair healthy, which are important to follow when you have color-treated hair, as the at-home care is not the same for someone who doesn’t have color-treated hair. I have never had my hair cut by anyone who takes the time she does to give me a beyond professional cut. She is always a pleasure to be around and always gives me great service.

I can’t rave enough about Valerie. She is the best colorist I have ever been to, with many years of experience, understanding hair and color. She is professional, kind, caring, and intelligent. She is a fantastic hair cutter and stylist and I can not say enough good things about her or Salon Natasha. The atmosphere in the salon is warm and caring and the hair stylists are friendly and responsive to one’s needs. I was lucky enough to find Valerie through a friend and have followed her from other salons. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I’m a bit picky when it comes to my hair, naturally my texture is frizzy and I do whatever I can to make it smooth. I usually am apprehensive when seeing a hairdresser, but when I was recommended to Valerie, I loved it. I’ve been seeing her for a couple years now and followed her to Salon Natasha from her old salon, and I really love the other stylists and everyone is very greeting and friendly, not to mention the location is perfect. Valerie is very knowledgeable and experienced, I get my hair cut, colored, and treated by her and would trust no one else. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get their hair done perfect. <3

I had my hair done here a few weeks ago and was not happy at all. Actually it was my second time at this salon and the first time my experience was eeh ok, the second time wasn’t good at all. The stylist Valerie said that my hair looked like it was in bad shape, i said what! bad shape! i mean i knew it was in bad shape but i didn’t put two and two together till after she was done with my hair because the same thing happened. Now i should have known already that i shouldn’t have gone through with the color service because not only is my hair a different color than what i asked for but she price gouged me and said it was from whoever did your hair last is the reason why your hair is the way it is! and she was the last person to do my hair!! i thought she was joking but apparently not! and if you can’t even remember my face or name then to me that alone is horrible customer service and then to try and put blame on someone else and not owning up to what you did to my hair, are you serious!!! i hate my hair! i had to go else where for them to fix the color and cut and they had to do protein treatments because she totally fried my hair. I feel so unattractive. I wouldn’t recommend this stylist to anyone! And she reeks of smoke and god knows what else i smelt on her! she was so unclean. Never ever will i be back!
