This will be my second visit with her specifically and let me tell you how great she is. Her work is flawless and she is gentle. My name is Ashley (not Frank lol) and I had an appointment yesterday with Nina. This will be my second visit with her specifically and let me tell you how great she is. Her work is flawless and she is gentle. My nails have always been amazing and I get a lot of compliments on them. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and the staff is very pleasant. Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo after being disappointed with the other neighborhood shops, I decided to try this place out. The service was good, and my nails even looked terrific. Here I am, thinking I found a new spot. Upon closer scrutiny, I noticed she filed my nail so much that the gel polish is peeling. Then to top it all off, one of my nails are broken. I returned and was asked to pretty much hurry up and wait! It takes a lot to sit in there in the first place. Now I have to sit in there twice in less than 24hrs! So after being disappointed with the other neighborhood shops, I decided to try this place out. The service was good, and my nails even looked terrific. Here I am, thinking I found a new spot. I worked with Dee and she listened very well and shaped my nails as I instructed (I usually end up filing them after I leave)! I will go again great job, Dee.Services: Manicure, Pedicure
