First timer here at Salon Naava. What a wonderful experience. Went in for a silk press and also received a steam treatment. The ambiance in salon was so relaxing and peaceful. Everyone in the salon were kind and professional. This was the second time I have come to Salon Naava LLC for a root retouch up. The salon is very friendly and serene. I had a different stylist this time, Jae Nicole. I don’t think I have ever been more pleased with a stylist in all my life. To give the last statement some context; I have lived in PA, NJ, SC and GA; and I have 5 and half more years before I can retire from a 30 year career. The receptionist told me Jae Nicole was a Colorist, but that one word doesn’t do her justice. Jae Nicole is a Colorist Genius. I am a silent observer. What I loved most was the way she moved the color swatches up and down my hair shaft to determine what color would work best on my roots and existing color. She was very explicit with the language she used to tell me exactly what she was going to do and used an analogy of how leaves change colors in autumn. I could tell she was very passionate about her profession and her capabilities. It was honestly a joy to watch! I have told at least 15 people today “I am in love. I have found my stylist FOREVER”! AMAZING

This was my first time at Salan Naava and I admit I was nervous as I know that when you are new at a Salon you are usually put with a newest employee and end up disappointed. NOT HERE! This place is magnificent.! My stylist was Jae Nicole and she was kind, knowledgeable and fun! When I arrived she greeted me and told me she had already read my file and concerns and asked clarifying questions to be able to understand the goals I have for my hair. She answered any questions I had during the service and made jokes and made me comfortable in between. The place itself was clean and calming. They offered me water and snacks during my service. This lady is sold! I have found my new hair a home! Believe it or not, I am relaxer free! Jae Nicole does an Amino Acid Smoothing Treatment instead that has stood up to the Atlanta Heat and kept my hair looking smooth and healthy!

I absolutely love my hair, from the color and cut to the silk press! Jae Nicole most definitely have gifted hands. She explained every hair care step she was taking during the process. The young lady at the front desk is really nice, she kept coming by to see if I wanted something to drink or a snack. The other stylist was nice as well. The shop is very clean and the atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. I loved my service so much, I scheduled my next appointment for 2 weeks!

I had my first experience at Salon Naava this week and the service was absolutely phenomenal! The young woman at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating and my stylist, Jae Nicole, was a dream. She was genuinely attentive to my needs and gave me a cut that boosted my confidence, making me feel classy and sexy at the same time. I’d highly recommend this salon, the ambiance is perfect and prices are reasonable.

Kristy was my hair stylist and will be permanently. She is Awesome! Patient and knowledgeable. She took her time and let me discuss my hairstyle with her in detail. She even looked at a few pictures with me so that the look was perfect. Most definitely the best short hair cut I have had. It was a great experience! She is extremely nice and very professional. This is my 2nd hair cut with her. I have already scheduled my next hair appointment and I am looking forward to it. They also have complimentary refreshments, coffee and tea. It is definitely an amazing & relaxing experience. I can’t wait to try their facials.

My 1st was unfortunately not the best as the esthetician was not on time for my appointment but my 2nd experience completely redeemed the first. I went in for a bridal hair trial and for starters, each time I’ve had to email or contact by phone, the professionalism was always on point as well as the positive energy. I didn’t feel like a new client, I felt like home here. I was placed with Erica Grier who quickly began working on my hair after finishing her client. The ambiance and vibe of this salon is like none I’ve ever been to. To see so many black women support one another, work together, and encourage one another was a beautiful sight. I went in for a bridal hair trial and for starters, each time I’ve had to email or contact by phone, the professionalism was always on point as well as the positive energy. I had a lovely experience at Salon Naava! Called to see if they had anything available for a walk-in and was told I could be seen immediately. After I was greeted by Ms Elaine( THE SWEETEST and warmest receptionist I’ve ever met who on her lunch break went to the beauty supply to grab extra edge control for my hair that my stylist needed by the way :)), I was immediately introduced to my stylist Rondee ( I am sure I am mispelling her name but she’s a beautiful petite woman with an accent) and she got to work. And work it was cause i have psoriasis, and my edges are holding on for dear life but she made me feel comfortable and reassured me that my hair wasn’t lost for good. We had great conversation and some good laughs and I was out in 2hrs. I’m so grateful I’ve found my new salon!
