Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAs soon as i arrived Joan and her staff welcomed me with open arms, Joan was the one who did my hair and I am beyond happy of how it came out. Most salons wouldn’t be able to turn my hair blonde in one sitting but she did a super amazing job and she made sure my hair didn’t get damaged at all. I HIGHLY recommend this salon, you will not regret it. I will definitely be coming back!Salon is kept tidy and clean, organized and they make you feel like family. They were very careful managing my hair, even though it was pretty healthy. They made sure I knew what they were doing before they did it. As soon as i arrived Joan and her staff welcomed me with open arms, Joan was the one who did my hair and I am beyond happy of how it came out. Most salons wouldn’t be able to turn my hair blonde in one sitting but she did a super amazing job and she made sure my hair didn’t get damaged at all. I HIGHLY recommend this salon, you will not regret it. I will definitely be coming back!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLet me begin by telling you that from the start it was terrible service. I made an appointment and still had to wait over 1.5 hrs. They take their friends before their appointments. Super expensive for the poor quality. I requested silver tone highlights and instead got red toner and orange highlights. She then blamed it on my hair and said my hair dos not tone in that color. Which was not even warned from the beginning, so I could’ve made an informed decision. They haircut itself was not even. I have hair patches longer in one side than the other. The towels they used for one person was then set to the side and used on the next victim. Everyone left with the same hairstyle and cut! Let me begin by telling you that from the start it was terrible service. I made an appointment and still had to wait over 1.5 hrs. They take their friends before their appointments. She is fantastic, very talented, and polite. I have curly-thick hair, which many stylists find it challenging to work with. Johanny knew how to manage my hair type and, she is very experienced. It was my first time there. I am not someone to write reviews, but I had such a great experience. Johanny was my stylist. She is fantastic, very talented, and polite. I have curly-thick hair, which many stylists find it challenging to work with. Johanny knew how to manage my hair type and, she is very experienced. My hair colored was uneven. Then sat me down right after the next person got up to wash my hair didn’t clean the sink or chair. Not to mention they don’t even have the decency to use a clean brush without someone else’s hair in it. Lastly the overall wash and set was just as terrible. No attention to actual caring for your hair or it’s texture they just do what they please. Trust the bad reviews and don’t go.
